Lutron Electronics: Information Technology Intern

May 2023 - August 2023

At this position I worked as part of the web team at Lutron Electronics. I was responsible for creating dashboards to analyze website and web service data. My tasks required me to conduct research on required tools, schedule meetings to deliver progress updates, and write documentation so that my work could be continued following my term.

Data Science Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates

May 2021 - October 2022

At this position I conducted group research that was continued throughout the semester. I had to be able to complete programming tasks in conjunction with a team plan and consult team members on project decisions. Our work was done mainly in Python, and GitHub was used for code sharing. We have presented at the Conclusion of the Data Science Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (July 2021), the Fall 2021 EPaDel Section Meeting, the Conclusion of the Second Data Science Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (July 2022), and the CCSC:EA 2022 Fall Conference (October 2022).

At this position I assisted students in understanding course materials and provide students with encouragement. I tutored the following courses: Digital Art Story Development, Data Structures, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, Calculus IV, Discrete Mathematics, Probability Theory

Mathematics Club President

May 2021 - May 2023

At this position, I coordinated 2 to 3 important club events each semester, as well as organized a club presence at major campus events. I also was responsible for contacting members via email about meetings, and overseeing the planning and implementation of a custom Escape Room Event each semester. In addition, I networked and recruited new members from diverse majors and backgrounds.
